Our commercial work has included healthcare facilities, hotels, offices, retail premises and other commercial environments, with projects ranging from individual electrical installations and refurbishment work to larger fit-outs.

Electrical installations for new commercial premises, fit-outs, refurbishments and alterations, covering the power, lighting and associated electrical requirements of each project.

Three-Phase Installations

Installation, alteration and upgrading of three-phase electrical systems for commercial and industrial premises, including work where existing supplies need to accommodate changes to the building or its use.

Rewires & Electrical Refurbishment

Rewiring and substantial electrical upgrades for existing premises, whether replacing an ageing installation or forming part of a wider refurbishment. Existing electrical systems can be adapted to suit changes to the building and its requirements.

Consumer Unit Upgrades

Replacement and upgrading of consumer units where an existing installation requires modernisation or additional protection. These works can be undertaken independently or alongside wider electrical refurbishment.

Lighting, Power & LED Upgrades

Inspection and testing of commercial electrical installations, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Testing identifies defects, deterioration and other issues within an installation, with remedial work available where required.

Fault Finding & Reactive Maintenance

Investigation and repair of electrical faults affecting existing commercial and industrial installations, together with reactive electrical work required to resolve problems and restore normal operation.

Specialist Electrical Systems

Electrical installation work associated with specialist systems including CCTV, access control, fire and intruder alarms, data communications, audio visual and building management systems, where these form part of a wider electrical project.
